New Podcast A Podcast about the World of the Future
Science, Practice, and Strategies for Tomorrow
This podcast is a collaboration between the Heidelberg Center for the Environment (HCE), the Heidelberg Energy Cooperative, and PRIO1 – The Climate Network. Together, we bring together diverse perspectives from academia, professional practice, education, business, and civil society engagement in the fields of climate protection and sustainability.
The podcast focuses on the connection between science and practice. On the one hand, it presents current research findings and scientific perspectives, ranging from the environmental to the social sciences. On the other hand, it gives a voice to people who are already developing and implementing concrete solutions: in companies, municipalities, organizations, initiatives, and civil society. The goal is not to view scientific knowledge in isolation, but to highlight its significance for specific societal challenges and potential courses of action.
“Welt der Zukunft” aims to show what is already possible, what ideas and solutions are emerging today, and where we can make adjustments to shape a sustainable future. Join us on this journey, and let’s build hope for the future together!
