The HCE is pleased to announce its first high-profile lecture as a leading scientific institution!
In June 2026, legal scholar Cass Sunstein, a professor at Harvard University, will deliver a public lecture here at the HCE.

As recipient of the Holberg Prize, Cass Sunstein is a leading authority in the field of law. Together with ClimateLifeNexus the Heidelberg Center for the Environment was able to secure the prize winner for a visit to Neuenheimer Feld, as one of his primary areas of focus is environmental law.
