On 22 March 2023, two doctoral students and one master's student at Heidelberg University were awarded the Environmental Prize of the Viktor and Sigrid Dulger Foundation for their outstanding achievements in the field of environmental research at an HCE event. Dr. Albert Roger Figuerola and Dr. Felix Kaiser received the prize of 4,000 euros each for their dissertations. Denise Gutiérrez Arasme was honored for her master's thesis and received prize money of 2,000 euros. In addition to the award ceremony, HCE scientists presented their current research projects.
